AI & Data Notice

This notice explains how text, files, and images move through an AI request so you can make an informed choice before uploading.

Last updated: July 23, 2026

  • Your browser sends the selected text, prompt, or file to the AI English Studio server.
  • The server may extract text or image information first, then send the necessary content to the AI model or file-processing service selected by the current deployment configuration.
  • The result is formatted, usage is settled, errors are checked, and the response is shown to you. Administrators can change providers, so the recipient may vary by region and feature configuration.

Unless it is necessary and you have authority to process it, do not submit identity documents, passwords, payment details, medical records, confidential business information, or sensitive information about students or other people. Remove names, numbers, and identifying fields where practical.

AI may repeat submitted content and may produce incorrect or inappropriate output. Review results before publication, assessment, teaching, or important decisions.

Request content may be processed or temporarily retained as needed to fulfill the task, diagnose errors, settle usage, and protect security. Not every feature has the same retention period. Third-party providers may also process data under their contracts, product settings, and legal obligations.

AI English Studio does not intentionally publish private uploads. Whether a third-party provider uses content for model improvement depends on that provider and account configuration. Do not rely on a general-purpose AI service for highly sensitive or strictly regulated data.

Use the Contact page to request account and associated-content deletion or to ask how a current feature handles data. We may verify identity before acting. Records required for law, orders, or security review may not be deleted immediately.
