AI output and educational use

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased and is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Review important output before publishing, teaching, testing, or relying on it.

You retain rights in content you lawfully submit and are responsible for having permission to process it. The service may process inputs as needed to fulfill your request. Rights and permitted uses for output may still depend on applicable law and third-party model terms.

Prohibited conduct

• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, malicious, fraudulent, or unauthorized personal information.
• Do not bypass access controls, usage limits, or security measures; disrupt the service; scrape at scale; attack systems; or abuse third-party services.
• Do not use the service to create or distribute unlawful content, impersonate others, or violate intellectual-property or privacy rights.

Paid plans, suspension, and termination

Prices, credits, validity, and plan terms are those shown at checkout and in the order confirmation. Report failed or duplicate orders promptly. Refunds or adjustments are handled according to applicable law, order status, and actual usage.

We may restrict or suspend access for security risks, unlawful conduct, chargebacks, or serious abuse. You may stop using the service and request account deletion through the Contact page.

Liability and changes

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not make guarantees beyond legal obligations for indirect loss caused by third-party models, networks, or payment providers. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Material updates will be reflected by the page date or another appropriate notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
