This policy explains how AI English Studio handles personal information while providing accounts, AI tools, subscriptions, and support.

Information we process
- Account and authentication information, such as name, phone number, email, password hashes, and third-party sign-in identifiers.
- Text, files, images, prompts, feedback, and AI-generated results that you choose to submit.
- Subscription, payment-order, credit, and feature-usage records. Payment providers may process payment details directly; we generally receive order status and provider transaction identifiers.
- Technical information needed for security and reliability, such as IP address, browser or device information, request times, errors, and rate-limit records.
Why we use information
- To create and secure accounts, authenticate users, and complete requested AI or file-processing tasks.
- To calculate usage, manage subscriptions and orders, provide support, and diagnose failures.
- To prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents and improve service reliability.
- To meet applicable legal obligations and protect legitimate rights.
Service providers and sharing
Content may be sent to the configured hosting, AI model, file extraction, SMS, authentication, or payment provider needed for the feature you choose. Providers vary by deployment region and administrator configuration, and information is transferred only as needed to provide that function.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect safety, or as part of a legitimate business reorganization. Third-party processing is also governed by each provider's own terms and privacy practices.
Retention, security, and deletion
Retention varies based on account operation, order reconciliation, security review, troubleshooting, and legal requirements. We keep information for a reasonable period needed for those purposes, then delete or de-identify it. Backup copies may take longer to disappear through normal rotation.
We use reasonable safeguards such as access controls, encrypted transport, password hashing, and log review, but no online service can promise absolute security. You may request access, correction, or deletion through the Contact page. Some transaction or security records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate operational reasons.
